Forming options
We can use a customer-provided mold or create a custom CNC-machined mold for a quality formed sign face.
Special and odd-shaped faces are welcome.
Materials & thicknesses
Faces are manufactured from solar-grade polycarbonate. Available material thicknesses include .118", .150", and .177", selected according to the final face size and project requirements.
Faces larger than 8′ × 20′ require seams.
Pan, flange & trim
Typical pan depth is 2-3/8". Because flange size varies, we recommend a flange at least 1/2" larger than the cabinet retainer.
Final trim size around the flange perimeter should be 1/4" smaller than the cabinet. Always verify cabinet dimensions before ordering.

Payments & shipping
A clear path from proof to production
Approve your proof
After an order is placed, you will receive a proof. Production begins after the proof and order confirmation are approved.
Complete the required payment
Payment terms are prepayment in full or a 50% deposit before production, depending on approved account terms.
Arrange delivery
Freight charges are additional to the order total. A carrier is selected according to destination, shipment size, weight, and cost.
